What kind of hair is Ki Collection?

All Ki Collection bundles is Malaysian Virgin Hair. Malaysian hair is softer, thicker, holds more volume and has a longer longevity than others. 100% virgin hair.

How many bundle are would you recommenced for an full look?

Bundles up to 20” we recommend 2-3 bundles.

Bundles 22”- 26” we recommend 3-4 bundles.

Bundles 28”- 34” we recommend 4-5 bundles.

Bundles 36”- 40” we recommend 5-6 bundles.

 

What if I don’t see the inch I’m looking for?

The website only has 16” to 30”. Ki Collection can provide bundles inches 12”- 40”, feel free to e-mail or text hair line with your name and the exact inch you want to purchase.

 

Can I purchase hair online and then pick it up?

YES! Pick up option is available when checking out your order.

 

What happens if I don’t pick my order up and I’ve selected pick up?

You have up to 12 hours to pick up your bundles. If bundles aren’t pick up your order(s) will be shipped to address on file.

How fast does customer service respond?

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. 

How long will my bundles last?

All Ki Collection bundles can last 3 years or more if you follow our hair care directions. You have to care for your bundles like you do your natural hair.

Can my bundles take bleach?

Yes! Your bundle can take bleach. If you are not a professional stylist we do NOT recommend that you bleach you hair because you can over process the hair. Over processing the hair will cause your hair to cook and dry out. Let a professional stylist bleach your hair.

Where can I locate my tracking number?

Your email. After order has been processed all tracking number are sent via email. The email provided is the email your tracking number will be sent to. If you have not received tracking number after 5 days please contact customer service via email with confirmation number and last name.

When will I receive my package?

Please allow you items to process. Once item have been processed please allow your package 2-5 business days to be received.

If I wet my straight hair will it curl up?

Once straight hair is wet their is a fine wave but nothing exotic.

If I flat iron my deep wave hair will  curl back?

Yes! Once you flat iron your Ki Collection bundles and wet it you curl will come back, but like your real hair the heat will damage the curl pattern if you don’t use heat protectant products. Curl patter may become damaged if you flat iron very frequently.

How will the COVID-19 PANDEMIC INTERFERE with my order?

This pandemic may slow packages up 1-3 additional business days versus the normal estimate delivery time. Although we have no control over this please feel free to get in contact with Kiki via email or texting the hair line number, especially if you need items sooner. 

What is the return/ refund policy?

Ki Collection, LLC. Refund/ Return POLICY.

All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds & no returns.No exchanges. You are sent an invoice to confirm before delivery/ pick up. Once seals are broken we cannot accept due to sanitary conditions.

If frontal/ closure unit is purchased under NO circumstances are their any returns, refunds or exchanges due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product we do not accepting returns nor do we give refunds. You are to confirming everything is 100% correct after reviewing and paying your invoice.

Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length, color and texture desired. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect and examine the hair is proper color and length without opening the bundles. These things are able to inspect through your clear hair packaging. If something is incorrect on our end we will do everything to get you 100% satisfied.
